We have assembled a multidisciplinary team of skilled professionals, including clinical pharmacists, pharmacovigilance and epidemiology experts, industrial pharmacists, Pharmacist, and pharmaceutical technologists. Together, we offer personalized pharmaceutical services aimed at optimizing patient care for the best possible outcomes.
Our Primary Functions
- Product Selection, Procurement, and Distribution: We ensure a seamless supply chain for pharmaceutical products, from selection to distribution, to guarantee the availability of medicines when needed.
- Supply Chain Information Management: We manage a robust information system to monitor and evaluate the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient access to medications.

- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research: We engage in ongoing research and evaluation to improve pharmaceutical care and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
- Pharmacotherapy Work-Up: Our clinical pharmacists conduct in-depth assessments of medication therapies to ensure their effectiveness and safety.
- Antibiotic Audits: We actively monitor and manage antibiotic usage to combat antimicrobial resistance.

Our Pharmacy Department Consists of Five Specialized Units:
Outpatient Pharmacy: This department ensures swift and effective pharmaceutical services, including prescription handling, dispensing, patient counseling, and the preparation of specialized formulations for various conditions.
Inpatient Pharmacy (IP): Our IP team provides patient-centered pharmaceutical care, working closely with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies.
Patient Support Centre (PSC) Pharmacy: Dedicated to HIV/AIDS and TB care and treatment, the PSC Pharmacy offers high-quality, accessible services to clients, both in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Amenity Pharmacy: This unit caters to patients’ special requests and needs, ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention.
Pharmacy Stores: We maintain three pharmacy stores within the hospital to ensure a continuous supply of safe and effective pharmaceuticals, supporting our commitment to quality patient care.
